They pushed each other and most of all, themselves, with the great power of intention, persistence and the spirit of sharing that knowledge in a compassionate way with each other.

1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I started juicing in 2007 and it changed my life then and it is STILL changing my life. Everything form my digestion, my complexion, my appetite, my body weight, my energy, my vitality and my immune system. If there were ONE reason I did it, it would be as simple as this: The way it makes me feel, it is pure happiness and bliss, it is the taste of true health. Seriously, green juicing is a miracle that I plan to continue for as long as I have a juicer that runs and vegetables and fruits to juice!
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? I designed and created the whole clinic with the intent and huge desire of sharing my passion and my love of green juicing with other juicing enthusiasts, whether they be absolute beginners or intermediate to advanced juicers that want to take their green juicing to the higher level. When you find something that transforms your life, you can’t help but want to share it. The main reason now that I continue with the clinic is the amazing, vibrant, and ridiculously positive and tight community of green juicers. 3. What do you want to tell others about green juicing and this clinic? That the clinic is for anyone who is willing to accept the invitation of green juicing into their life and to accept the return to health into their body and mind. There is no requirement, all you need is a simple juicer and a place to acquire vegetables and fruits, and a willingness to participate and to take part in a community of juicers that is going to embrace and love you. 1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I spent a couple of months thinking about juicing before I decided to take it on. I had concerns like, “Would I be able to do it?” and “How long could I keep it going?” But my curiousity was stronger than my concerns and when Farnoosh announced the Clinic I knew I had to do it! What got me thinking about it in the first place was a strong desire to make health my focus this year. I began with a pretty intense detox and realized in the first week that juicing would be the perfect complement. And it has been, easing much of the challenge of completely transforming how I shop, cook and eat!

1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I do Green Juicing because, why not do Green Juicing? Simple as that. It is the best juice on Mother Earth. We can make our own V8, V10 or V3 and be healhier and more satisfied drinking juice in its natural state, unpasturiezed. I love juicing. I love the convenience. I love the different juices I can make. I am in control. I am participating in my health. I believe in all things as natural as is possible.

The best thing the 21-day Green Juicing Intensive clinic has done for me was give me structure. It’s informative. It’s alive as is the juice we make. It allows you to bud and become. #4 – Sarah Cornsnake, the Sexy Sassy Juicing Machine
1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I love the idea of doing something that is so healthy and good for my body. It all started when a friend of my husband’s was diagnosed with Lyme disease and the only thing that gave her any relief was green juice. Before that, I had never heard of juicing.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? There are so many wonderful things, that I can not pick just one. I love the personalized attention that Farnoosh lavishes on us. I love the sense of community with all of the other juicers. Every day I am excited to try a new juice and share my experience with the group. I never want the clinic to end!

1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I stumbled upon juicing during a bet to lose weight. It turned out that this was the best thing that could have happened to me EVER. Green juicing is not only rebooting my body but also restoring the 20+ years of abuse I’ve put it through. I really wish I would have learned about this sooner; however I now wake up everyday refreshed and amazed!
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? I’d say the best thing about the clinic is Farnoosh and her amazing and constant energy in wanting everyone to succeed. #6 – Marla Trevino, the Ultimate Juice Lover
1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I love green juicing because I feel more alive and my energy levels go way up. I find that my sugar cravings subside when I’m juicing. When I don’t juice I start craving processed foods and my food choices are not as healthy. And another reason I juice is because my complexion feels and looks so much healthier. I’ve tried eating different ways to see what works best with my body, and I always go back to focusing on green juicing. It’s now a must-do in my FEEL AWESOME toolkit.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic?
For me the clinic helps me stay motivated to juice. Juicing takes time and although it’s great, there are times when I just don’t feel like spending 20 minutes juicing. But seeing everyone else doing it, and posting pictures keeps me going. Plus I tend to juice the same thing once I find a juice I like, so this clinic was great to get me to try different recipes.
3. What do you want to tell others about green juicing and this clinic? If you’re new to juicing or have never tried it and are ready to add something that will give you higher energy, then a clinic like this is just what you need. 1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? It is really not good to have a kitchen but by not having a working kitchen it lead me to look for other ways to get good nutrition. I have no sink so I had to eat out everyday or find another way to get good nutrition. I started searching the internet and it lead me to juicing for a healthy life style.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? I think that the clinic has been the most wonderfully thing in the world. I will always cherish it. The group has been the best and offered the support when I needed it. I love each and every one of you. The group held me accountable and that is what we all sometimes need.
3. What do you want to tell others about green juicing and this clinic? The clinic has been the best thing that has happen to me. I love our Leader, Farnoosh Brock for what she has done. She has changed my life forever. A day without juicing is like a day without Sunshine. I love the Green juice, my favorite is 1 grapefruit, 2 oranges, 1 lime ,1 lemon and a handful of parsley. This juice has helped improve the look of my skin and has helped me with weight loss also. I am down 12 lbs.! I have also been able to get one of my co-workers to start juicing just because of what I was doing.
#8 – Daniel Hayes, the World Dominating Juicer
1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? OK, I apologize up front for this being so lengthy but this subject and this clinic mean too much for me to just chop it down to “bullet points”. I actually journalled my journey with juicing when I first started so I’ll use some of that here, as well. So here goes: I have been an avowed “meatatarian” my entire life. Never, ever been a veggie guy. I have eaten exactly three salads in my 46 years. You read that right, three. I wasn’t much of a fruit guy either. I’d eat an apple occasionally (5-6 times a year) but that was it. I like fruit juices, but not eating the fruit itself.
Like most people, I felt generally immortal and figured I could do anything to my body until it proved me otherwise. I was always fit because of my job and it seemed I could put whatever I wanted into my body and still be able to easily run half-marathons without training, jump out of planes…you name it, I could do it. But then things started creeping up on me. Aches, pains, longer recovery after injuries. Deep down I knew I needed to change how I fueled myself, but I didn’t.
Sometimes people stay on the same path even though they know that path is a dead end. That was me with my eating habits. It’s been a concern of mine for a long time, but I effectively ignored it. Like Farnoosh, I was always curious about juicing ever since I first saw those late-night infomercials years ago for the Juiceman, remember those?
Somehow I thought that even though I didn’t eat vegetables or fruits that I would be able to drink the juice. Still, I never actually tried it. Yet somehow I tucked the desire to juice away in that part of the brain marked “Someday.”
You know, the place where you store ideas of things you “should” or “need” to do but never seem to get around to…and probably never will?
SO WHAT CHANGED? I read a LOT of blogs. As I was reading through my list of unread posts on 3 December 2011, I came across a post about a documentary called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, by an Australian guy named Joe Cross. I was on short vacation at the time but luckily I was able to watch the movie through Netflix on my iPad. The documentary follows Joe on on his 60-day juice fast as he travels across the US. On his travels he interviews people about their eating habits and introduces them to juicing. As the movie progresses the viewer is introduced to two others who begin to juice and change their lives. I could go on and on about this flick but suffice it to say I was immediately convinced and have watched it over and over again for motivation and to soak in all the information in the film. If you’re considering juicing, this documentary is a MUST SEE!
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? The best thing about Farnoosh’s clinic is that it is a roadmap for the members…a process for clinic members to follow and share with one another. I had a friend who was interested in juicing and they came to me and asked “how can I introduce juicing into my life?” this is the action plan I’d give them: The first thing I’d tell them to do is go to the Prolific Juicing website and just read through the page. Why? Because it is just a snapshot introduction to an opportunity to CHANGE THEIR BODY FOR GOOD. I’ll let you decide what I mean by GOOD…you can take that to mean “for the better” or “permanently”.
Truthfully, I mean it BOTH ways! The second thing I’d recommend is watching “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead” (FSND) on Netflix or however you can get it. This documentary, which I mentioned above) was KEY to me making the change and venturing into juicing. Everyone I know that has watched it has told me the same thing. Armed with the motivation fresh from watching FSND, my third step would be to go BACK to the Prolific Juicing website and sign up!
You’ll be so motivated to start juicing and you’ll want to jump right into it! I know, I’ve been there. But I also know that it can be so much better to start this process as a member of team, being coached by someone with years of personal experience. Farnoosh takes you through your journey step-by-step…literally with the roadmap she developed through experience, trial and error…so you can enjoy your juicing journey without fear of getting off course.
Next, the fourth thing I’d recommend that you take an active role as a member of the clinic that you just signed up for. Farnoosh has pooled together all the tools for you, but you have to jump in and swim around! The members here are JUST LIKE YOU…they want to make a difference in their lives, they want to be supported and want to give support back! I’m naturally more of an introvert but the forums in Farnoosh’s clinic feel comfortable…totally “not stuffy” (great exploitation of the English language there, Dan) and more like a group of friends learning and sharing as they broaden their knowledge about juicing. The fifth and final thing is this: enjoy juicing as a life habit. It’s not about one fast, one detox, quick weight loss, etc. Can it do all that? Absolutely! But it’s about the long-term benefits that juicing will have on your life…and that, future juicer, is what Farnoosh’s clinic is all about.
3. What do you want to tell others about green juicing and this clinic? Candidly, I didn’t know about Farnoosh’s program when I started but I sure wish I did. I did a lot of legwork finding decent resources, buying books, etc, but Farnoosh has taken all the hard research work out of it with her Clinic. Although I read her “Your Comprehensive Green Juicing Guide” before I started the Clinic, I read other guides before I began my juicing journey. The other guides were decent…but as I read Farnoosh’s Guide I found myself really wishing that I had bought this book FIRST to prepare me for my juicing journey. And as a member of the Clinic she made that available for free!!! If I had only joined the Clinic first! Oh well! I now have what I consider to be the “definitive reference” to refer others to as they begin their own juicing program. I also reviewed her book on Amazon. Here’s just a part of what I wrote: Are you interested in juicing? I DEVOURED (pun intended) Farnoosh Brock’s “Your Comprehensive Green Juicing Guide” and it is FABULOUS! Whether you’re an experienced juicer, curious about juicing, or just starting out, this guide is a terrific reference. Farnoosh has over 4 years of juicing experience and passes that on brilliantly in her book. It’s hard to believe this much information is available for $9.99! Honestly, I think it’s underpriced. This book will save you MUCH more than that in effort and learning curve time alone!
Bottom line: Buy this book. It’s a powerhouse of juicing info without all the fluff of other manuals. The recipes are terrific, and best of all, flexible.
This book lets you enjoy juicing and adding something healthy to your lifestyle without the guilt that some other resources leave you with if you don’t follow their “rules.” Let this book be your roadmap…you’ll be happier (and healthier) if you do! One thing I’m completely confident about is that juicing will be a entirely new part of my life. I stumbled a bit after my initial fast on my own, but the Clinic has really renewed my commitment. It’s great to be part of a group sharing new juicing ideas and re-discovering how much better I feel when I juice regularly. I’m amazed with how much better I feel getting all those fresh enzymes, nutrients, and other good stuff into my body. The changes are awesome.
I’ll wrap up here, but I have to close with saying how much I’ve felt welcomed into the group. 1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I green juice because it’s changed the way I feel for the better. I’ve had digestion and energy issues for most of my life. When I started juicing all of that changed.

1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I was turned on to the world of juicing by a very enthusiastic chiropractor who includes juicing and raw foods as part of his practise. He just came off of a hundred day juice fast and I was hooked. It made so much sense and the way I received nutrients into my body until then seemed so misguided. When I started to juice, the flavours exploded and the combinations seemed endless. It all seemed so right. Members of my family have health issues and I want to try to stay as healthy as I can to avoid what they’ve been through.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? The best thing about the the clinic is the enthusiasm of our leader Farnoosh Brock. She is like the life coach for juicers everywhere!

1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? The main reason I do green juicing is for my health. It is so wonderful to eat so many beautiful vegetables through green juicing. I know it is something I really need and it’s so fun to try vegetables I might otherwise not try.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? Let’s just say I can’t wait for the next class Farnoosh offers! She is amazing! #12 – Shari Romanski, the Rockstar Juicer
1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I do green juicing because of being inspired by “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead”. Not only was I impressed by Joe, but by the honest approach he took in talking to people he came across and his determination. There is so much talk about what is healthy and a gazillion different programs that will fix you, but I love the overall simplicity of green juicing. Once I got into the hang of buying produce and juicing, I know I’ll never go back.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic?
What I’ve noticed since consistently juicing is I do not crave junk food. I’ve always enjoyed fried, salt and sugary foods. I love it when I have something in mind that I buy to get it out of my head and after I start eating it, I don’t enjoy it like I used to. This reinforces that I don’t need it and I won’t waste calories on something I don’t love.
Green juice has grown on me over time and I now love it so I’d rather add in extra fruit if I want something sweet versus a piece of cake. A second change is that I sleep through the night. In the past I had a hard time shutting down my mind and when I did fall asleep I would wake up at different times thru the night. Now I can sleep thru and wake up refreshed. I look at juicing as a good drug of choice.
3. What do you want to tell others about green juicing and this clinic?
I am amazed by all the benefits green juicing brings. I was worried about making juices myself, not knowing where to start. There is tons of information on the internet, it’s hard to know where to focus. For me, this is where the clinic came in. At the right time for me, this opportunity presented itself.
I am so glad that I signed up because Farnoosh made learning easy, she gave important information in just the right doses for me to grasp and the other juicers are wonderful supporters. Farnoosh is the most supportive person you will find who has a passion that is contagious. I continue to be inspired by all the great juicing friends I have made and know that my juicing journey will go on and on. I recommend the clinic for everyone, no matter where they are in their juicing practice.
#13 – Ana M., the Green Juicing Cupcake
1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I did the 3-Week Juicing Intensive exactly because it is an intensive. It is a year of intensives for me, my first was a meditation intensive, so I thought what better way to continue the path of intensives than by doing something that will also heal and rejuvenate my body, mind and soul. The clinic was a perfect length of time for this beginner to be introduced to juicing.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? Best thing about the clinic is its flexibility. You don’t have to follow a strict routine or recipe. Be creative and make up your own recipes! It’s also a no shame process: if you miss a day, brush yourself off with a couple of carrot leaves and start juicing the next day. Oh!, and let’s not forget the wonderful calls full of amazing people with juicing tips for all!
3. What do you want to tell others about green juicing and this clinic? It’s the best clinic ever for beginners. No pressure to do anything beyond one’s capabilities, it was just the right amount of time, lots of support and care. Thank you for starting me on my juicing journey.
#14 – Rick Sidley, the Green Juicing Commander in Charge
1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? I came to juicing by accident, really. My niece in Santa Clarita, CA., who suffers from lupus and a serious back condition, recommended that we try juicing marijuana actually, the green leaves, to help my wife, Karin. Karin has been fighting esophageal cancer for two years now. Last year was radiation and a failed operation. The doctors thought it was gone. Then in May this year she was diagnosed with metastases in both kidneys, and now also in the lungs they’ve found some indications. She went through chemo from May to July, and then had a period of extreme pain due to a blood clot in her right kidney. Due to the pain, she was hospitalized, and they found the new indications in her lungs.
The pain was the reason I jumped to finding out about green juicing, thanks to my niece, Jane. I read Farnoosh’s book, and reread it, taking notes. I then found the blog and decided to take the plunge, for Karin, and as it has turned out, for myself. Karin is now on a new regime of chemo which is working, but taking it’s toll on her body and spirit. Through green juicing I am helping her make it day to day through this life battle.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic? The feeling that I’m making progress with my own health, but mainly with Karin’s health is the best thing about the Clinic IMHO. The Clinic put me on track to get started, stay focused on my goal of making this a life-long habit, and it’s amazing the wonderful contacts that have developed since I have begun using the blog for voicing my own thoughts and feelings. The wonderful feedback that I’ve gotten, mainly from Farnoosh, but from others in the group who have given me encouragement and hope.
The Clinic is so easy to navigate, so easy to use, even for this 68 year old no-so-computer-savvy guy. It is a place I can go to and emerge myself for minutes or hours, however I feel like at the moment. It is a place I can go in the morning and drink my juice, feeling like I’m drinking along with about 40 others, some in real-time even. Kinda cool when I’m 3000 miles from most of you, here in Bavaria, Germany!
3. What do you want to tell others about green juicing and this clinic? I can only say, do this if this is something you really want to make a part of your life, your routine, your way of living.
It is not easy as it does take a commitment that must be worked in to your daily routine, your shopping, your setup in the kitchen, and your valuable time. This clinic is the place that makes this commitment doable, without having to make all the plans and arrangements yourself. They’ve been all planned out by Farnoosh, in her own very personable way. They stem from her own commitment to make a change in her life, and she went one huge step further, she put her wonderful energy and brains to the task of putting together a fantastic Internet community where she could bring this wonderful health change to many more.
She is unique in her approach, as a coach, a preacher, a task-master, a friend – all wrapped up in one person who has made a tremendous impact on my and my wife’s life, and on many others that I hear and communicate with on the Clinic pages, and on our private Facebook site. 1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing? My family owned a produce farm and our daily diets were filled with fresh fruits and vegetables nine months out of the year. As children we were never sick. I’m familiar with the benefits of a healthy diet. My daughter started preaching to me about juicing about a year ago. I simply wasn’t ready until I met Farnoosh Brock, at a juice bar, in Portland, Oregon last summer.
My juicing began as an investment in my health. My first tall frothy glass was delicious and brought back memories of my childhood. I remember thinking, “It’s like I’m drinking a garden.”
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic?
The 21 Day Green Juicing clinic had numerous benefits. The best thing was knowing we were all in it together. We shared in each others struggles and successes. I found the support and connection from the community invaluable and Farnoosh’s enthusiasm, dedication, and compassion priceless.

#16 – Sue Mitchell, The Mad Scientist of Green Juicing
1. What is your main reason that you do green juicing?
Honestly, the main reason I do green juicing is I love the juice! I wouldn’t do this if I had to choke down some wretched concoction just because it was good for me. At the same time, I can really feel how good it is for me with every sip. Green juice gives me an energetic and satisfied feeling no other food can really match.
Since I started drinking green juices, I feel much more energetic and in control of my life. My hair, nails and skin are noticeably healthier and I just feel stronger in every way. I’m making better choices in all areas of my life because I’m operating from a place of greater wellness. I never thought I’d give up caffeine, but I found I had so much energy from the juice that the caffeine buzz started to feel over the top. I still love coffee, so I’ve switched to decaf. The extra energy has also helped me be more consistent with my exercise routine. I’ve lost a few pounds in a gradual, steady way that feels like something I can sustain.
I also love experimenting and feeling like a mad scientist in the kitchen testing out different recipes. It’s a fun hobby besides being a wonderful way to nourish your body.
2. What is the best thing that the 21-Day Green Juicing Intensive Clinic do for you? How do you feel about the clinic?
I started green juicing when I was in a very stressful period of my life and realized that if I was going to be able to navigate this phase gracefully, I was going to need to be very healthy and energetic. Farnoosh’s clinic came on my radar at just the right time. It was great to be given all the information I needed to get off to a good start and have the support of a really loving and kind community that was obviously very enthusiastic about juicing.
I love the way Farnoosh broke the information down into short daily lessons, and the challenge of drinking green juice every day for 21 days felt motivating. I loved knowing that the community was there to cheer me on or help me if I started to stray off course. I’m happy to say that with the support of Farnoosh and the others in the clinic, I succeeded in the 21-day challenge and now, two months later, I still have only missed a handful of days. 3. What do you want to tell others about green juicing and this clinic?
You don’t need to invest in an expensive juicer right away in order to give green juicing a try. I bought a $50 Hamilton Beach juicer to get started and stopped at the local juice café a lot in the beginning until I had all my systems figured out at home. Just take those first steps to see how you like it and go through all 21 days of the clinic. I think you’ll find that at the end of the three weeks, you’re hooked!
